The cuisine

The passion for the simple tastes is what guides us in choosing the ingredients for our traditional dishes, using quality products of our land such as speck from the farmers and dairy products supplied by various surrounding farms.
 
Furthermore, like in the best Italian tradition, we also offer a choice of homemade ​​pasta, without neglecting our traditional dishes, and our chef, Andrea, prepares even these, which are homemade.
The culmination of each dinner is also the desserts, which are made strictly in our kitchen. This gives you the possibility to request cakes the can be prepared for your special events.
