South Tyrol is a place of encounter and at the same time a melting pot of two culinary traditions, the Alpine and the Mediterranean.
The talent and creativity of our chef Stefano enables us to alternate between the delicacies of traditional South Tyrolean cuisine and typical Mediterranean dishes. With enthusiasm and passion, our chef also likes to create original dishes. The choice is yours.
In addition to the culinary art, we give great importance to basic ingredients. When the season allows, we only buy from local and regional suppliers. From cheese to vegetables to meat, where we follow the philosophy "from top to tail". This is important to us.
For typical non-regional foods, we buy them directly from carefully selected producers, such as vinegar, Parmigiano Reggiano, olive oil,.... We only use products that we and our children would also eat.
Most of the pasta is made by us. Short, long, filled egg noodles made daily by our chefs. The meat matures in our cells. We get organic rice and, in summer, vegetables from the farmers.
Our wine list offers a large selection of winegrowers from South Tyrol that we have personally selected. We do also have a particularly well-stocked wine list of award-winning Italian wines. When it comes to grappa, digestifs and spirits, we are always looking for original and local products.
We pay special attention to our guests who want lactose-free or gluten-free foods and who have other allergies. We kindly ask you to inform us about your allergies and preferences before your arrival.
We always offer vegetarian dishes in our menu.
