Hotel Monte Paraccia in San Vigilio is situated on the sunny side of the village. While everyone else is already turning on the lights in their houses, we are still enjoying the sun. In summer it is especially nice to watch the sunset and enjoy an aperitif on our terrace while listening to the sounds of the forest of the Fanes-Senes-Braies Nature Park. In winter you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine in the winter garden and relax in front of the fireplace or watch the snow groomers of the Kronplatz at work.
At the edge of the forest, away from the main roads and traffic, you can relax in peace, even if the village centre is only 600 m away. The bus stop is in front of our hotel. In winter, the shuttle, will take you to and from the cable cars of the Kronplatz in a short time, as they are only 700 m away. In summer you can hop on the bus for a nice day at Brunico, which is the nearest city or reach Pederü, the first hut of the Nature Park Fanes-Senes-Braies. The Hotel Monte Paraccia is also the perfect starting point for numerous hikes through the Dolomites – UNESCO World Heritage.
The boss Karin is now the third generation to run the hotel and it is fair to say that she knows what counts. As the house has grown over the years, so has the awareness of hospitality and Karin is a hostess with full passion.
