What time are Check-in and Check-out? Rooms are available starting from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM to allow us to guarantee our high cleaning standards for new guests.
Is Room Service available? Yes, we love to pamper you! We offer room service for those who wish to enjoy breakfast or a snack in the privacy of their own retreat. The service is available upon request and involves a small surcharge. Our staff is at your disposal for any request.
Absolutely. Our guests' health is a priority. All rooms at Hotel Monte Paraccia are carpet-free and feature high-quality natural wood floors (larch or stone pine), while the bathrooms have heated marble floors that are easy to sanitize. Furthermore, we use pillows and mattresses with specific hypoallergenic covers and protection.
To guarantee the pure air of the Dolomites for everyone, smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly forbidden inside the rooms and in all common areas of the hotel. Smoking is permitted on private balconies, provided that the balcony door is kept firmly closed.
Do you accept dogs or pets in the hotel? At Monte Paraccia we love animals, but to ensure maximum peace and hygiene in the hotel's common areas, we do not allow pets in the main building (with the exception of the bar area). However, we have a perfect solution: your four-legged friends are more than welcome at our Pension Pè de Munt, located just a few steps from the hotel, where we offer tailor-made hospitality for them as well.
We have thought about the safety of your equipment. The hotel has a large, video-monitored ski and bike storage room, accessible via a personal code and equipped with boot warmers so you can find your boots warm and dry every morning. Access is direct from the outside and barrier-free.
Yes, we provide free outdoor parking for our guests (subject to availability). For those who desire more protection, a parking space in a covered garage is available upon request for a small daily surcharge.
The hotel is equipped with an elevator that serves most floors, making room access easy. However, some areas or room types might require short passages on foot; we invite you to report any mobility difficulties during the booking phase so we can assign you the most convenient solution.
