Our dining room is the result of a careful renovation that has managed to keep the historic soul of the structure intact while projecting it into a dimension of contemporary comfort. Every detail tells a story of artisanal excellence: the project was curated by local master craftsman Roland de Jochele, who masterfully interpreted our vision of modern "Ladin Style."

For us, elegance is tangible. Upon entering, you will be enveloped by the scent and warmth of European walnut wood, used to create all the custom-made furnishings that define the space. Providing a counterpoint to the wood is the solidity of the Albiano porphyry floor from Trentino, a natural stone that still geologically connects us to our mountains. But the true beating heart of the room is the original table from 1885: positioned at the center of the restaurant, this piece of history is not just a piece of furniture, but the tangible symbol of our roots, giving its name and identity to the entire gastronomic experience.

We wanted to break down the barriers between inside and out. Thanks to the large panoramic windows, the beauty of the Marebbe Valley becomes an integral part of your dinner. Natural light by day and the soft atmosphere of the evening create ever-changing scenes, allowing you to enjoy our dishes while admiring the silhouettes of the Dolomites as they change color throughout the hours.

With a capacity limited to about 60 people, Restaurant Taibon 1885 guarantees that intimate and relaxed atmosphere often missing in large tourist venues. It is the ideal setting for a romantic candlelit dinner, to celebrate a special family occasion, or for small events that require privacy and attention to detail.
