Cuisine is the beating heart of the "Paraccia Experience." Being our guest means embarking on a culinary journey that begins upon waking and culminates in the evening, guided by the Taibon family's philosophy and the creativity of the team at the Taibon 1885 Restaurant.






A great morning starts at the buffet
The day begins with the aroma of fresh bread and homemade pastries. Our breakfast buffet is a celebration of local products: mountain milk, yogurt from nearby farms, South Tyrolean cold cuts and cheeses, artisanal jams, and a "vitality corner" for those seeking a light start. It is the pure and genuine energy you need to tackle the peaks.




Dinner: where tradition meets creativity
In the evening, the lights are dimmed and our historic Stube (dining rooms) become the stage for your dinner. Our half-board formula will delight you with a 3-course choice menu (starter, main course, and dessert), always accompanied by a rich buffet of fresh salads and appetizers. Our cuisine is based on respect for the raw materials, adopting a sustainability philosophy that includes a "nose-to-tail" approach and the use of "0 km" (locally sourced) ingredients: traditional Ladin dishes revisited with a modern touch and Mediterranean specialties alternate to surprise you every night. And for those with special requirements, our kitchen is careful to offer vegetarian and gluten-free alternatives, because the pleasure of the table should be for everyone.
