At Taibon 1885, modern technique serves the simplest of ingredients and elevates them. It is a journey that begins in the pastures of the Pustertal and arrives on your plate with contemporary aesthetics and unmistakable flavour.

The setting, masterfully renovated by local craftsman Roland de Jochele, is a masterpiece of balance: the warmth of European walnut wood harmonises with the solidity of Trentino porphyry flooring. Large panoramic windows dissolve the boundary between inside and out, letting your gaze wander over the Dolomites as you enjoy your evening meal. Opening hours: The kitchen is open for dinner from 18:00 to 21:00 (seasonal variations apply — day off may vary; in low season often closed Monday or Tuesday).
Four-legged friends: Dogs are welcome in the bar area, where we can also serve dinner. While Pensione Pè de Munt is proudly pet-friendly, dogs are not permitted in the restaurant's main dining rooms.
